The management of Kiddieland makes every effort to encourage and maintain a pleasant family atmosphere. Some, but not all of our policies are highlighted below.
Proper attire, including a shirt and shoes, must be worn at all times in the park. Bikini and bandeau tops as well as clothing with offensive language or graphics will not be allowed and are subject to management's discretion. Admission may be denied if clothing is deemed inappropriate for our "Family" atmosphere.
Pepsi Fountain beverages are complimentary to all of our Guests at self-serve stations within the Park. Drink stations are open when the Park opens and close fifteen minutes prior to park closing. Free Drinks, All Day, Every Day!
No outside food or beverages may be consumed in the park. Coolers, picnic lunches and glass bottles may not be brought into the park. Consumption of alcohol and barbecuing is strictly prohibited on park property. As a courtesy to our other guests, please allow others to use picnic tables when you are finished eating. Food and beverages are not allowed on any ride, attraction or in the Arcade.
Appropriate conduct is required at all times. Line jumping, disorderly conduct, or profanity are offensive to both management and our guests. Inconsiderate individuals will be escorted from the park without a refund. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. Radios and tape/CD players are discouraged and must be equipped with headphones at all times as a courtesy to other guests.
There is No Smoking permitted in the Food Court or in any of the Queue Lines. Guests are permitted to smoke in other areas of the Park so long as they are concious of small children who are often at "hand height."
Pets are not permitted on the premises and may not be left unattended in vehicles.
Solicitation and handbilling are not allowed on the premises.
Kiddieland does not offer park paging.

| BABY BOTTLES may be warmed at Guest Services. |

| BABY CARE AND CHANGING FACILITIES are located in all restrooms in the park. Disposable diapers are available for purchase at Guest Services. |

| CAR TROUBLE may be reported to Guest Services. You will be provided with a list of service stations and locksmiths that may help you. |
|
| CREDIT CARDS - MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted for admission purchase at the Main Admission Booth, the Guest Services window and at both the Refreshment and Pizza stands. |
|
| ATM service is now available within the Park boundries. Visit the Kiddieland Arcade when you need cash. Guests pay a $2 service fee for all ATM transactions. |
|
| DRINKING FOUNTAINS are located near the restroom areas and in the food court next to Guest Services. |
|
| FIRST AID is located in the rear of the Main Refreshment Stand, near the women's restroom. Oral medication cannot be administered by First Aid. Pain relievers and other sundries may be purchased at Guest Services. We provide First Aid only and do not offer any medical services. |

| GUEST SERVICES is located at the west end of the Tin Can Alley game facing the Pizza Stand. |
|
| LOST CHILDREN separated from their party are taken to Guest Services. |
|
| LOST & FOUND is located at Guest Services. Kiddieland is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken belongings. Please secure all loose articles before riding. MESSAGES may be left at Guest Services. |

| PARKING - There is plenty of close and convenient free parking. Access is available off of 1st Avenue, North Avenue, and 5th Avenue. |
|
| PARK RE-ENTRY - You may leave the park and return on the same day by having your hand stamped at the Main Gate. |
|
| RAIN PONCHOS, SWEATSHIRTS & T-SHIRTS are available for purchase at locations in the park. Please visit the Guest Services window if the Souviner Stand is not open. They may be able to get you what you want. |

| RESTROOMS are located at the south end of the Main Refreshment Stand and at the north end of the Games Building. There are Baby Changing stations in all restrooms. |
|
| RIDE CLOSURES may sometimes occur for safety reasons and routine maintenance. Kiddieland offers no warranties for these closures and allows no discounts off of the admission price. The staff will make efforts to post all ride closings at the Admission Booth and at Guest Services. |
|
| STROLLERS and WAGONS are available for a $5.00 rental fee plus driver's license deposit at Guest Services. |
|
| TELEPHONES are located near the restrooms north of the Games Building. |
|
| WHEELCHAIRED GUESTS with a permanent disability may enter the park free of charge. Accompanying attendants must purchase a full fare admission ticket. |
