Please understand that you are bidding for the privilege of riding the ride for the final time and not to own the seat that you are riding on as we close the ride forever. |

- Send an email to lastride@kiddieland.com or fill out the form provided and attach it to your email
- Choose the ride that you want to ride on for the final ride (you are not bidding to own the physical part of the ride).
- The highest bidder will be allowed to select the seat or position on the ride they have chosen. The next higher bidder will choose second and so on until the ride is at capacity.
- Enter the amount of your bid (Minimum bids will be posted for each ride and bids will be accepted through
September 13, 2009 at 8:00PM, we have extended the date by one week. We will accept bids until Sunday, September 20, 2009)
- Check back often to see bid status on all rides (Bids will be posted daily)

  Here are some Important Points
|

Individuals who have submitted the winning bids will be notified via email. (It is probably a good idea to ask for an automated response when your email is opened.) To reserve your ride, however, payment must be received no later than September 20, 2009 (Deadline has been postponed one week until Sunday, September 27, 2009. Payments are non-refundable. (An exception will only be made if a ride fails to operate because of unforeseen mechanical problems with that ride and then only for the portion of your bid in excess of the price of an admission ticket to the event) |

| Winning bidders will receive one complimentary admission to the event and a certificate authenticating their status as a "Last Rider". If a winning bidder chooses to have an additional guest share his/her seat (maximum seat occupancy rules and guidelines must be followed) the additional rider or guest must have their own admission ticket purchased by the winning bidder. The additional rider or guest can be listed on the certificate if the winning bidder so chooses and notifies us when payment is made. Only one certificate will be issued. Winning bidders will be allowed to purchase up to three (3) admission tickets to the event for guests/family members at $25 per person. Tickets are good only for admission and ride time on rides prior to "The Last Ride" on any and all rides in the park. All guests must have a ticket and all tickets are the same price. 2 & under tickets are not available for this event. All tickets must be purchased in advance. (Admission tickets will not be sold at the park on the day of the event.) |

Winning bidders and their guests may ride unlimited number of rides (unless height/weight or size restricted) until ride retirement begins. As each ride is individually retired, that ride will no longer be open to any riders. We have posted a schedule of when individual rides will be retired. |

| A schedule of the days events has been posted and will be included with the registration packet for all winning bidders. Time will be allowed prior to the final ride for photo opportunities. (Professional photoghraphers will be on hand to capture your moment in history; those photos will be available for purchase on the date of the event.) |

| Failure of the winning bidder to be present at the time of the scheduled seating for the "Last Ride" will result in loss of ride privilege without a refund or other compensation. Ceremonial "Last Rides" will not be held or postponed for absentee winning bidders or their guests. This event must remain on a rigid schedule in order to complete the ride retirements in the time allotted. |

| Kiddieland's Closing Ceremony will be held from 12 noon until 8:00 PM, on October 4, 2009, rain or shine. This is a private event and is not open to the general public. There will be no tickets sold on the day of the event! We will post a link here to our schedule for the closing ceremonies. |
